Objective
The assignment has been designed to enable you to develop forms for web page using following features if HTML:
· Radio buttons
· Text input fields
· Text area
· Submit buttons
· Reset button
Assignment
Develop a feed back form for any subject. It should have the following features:
· It should have some headings like “University name and Feed Back form”.
· Input text fields to get the user name, subject name, student ID and Campus name.
· Text Area for comments and suggestions about subject.
· Radio buttons to rate the subject.
